Instructions
Prepare the Egg Mixture

Strain and Steam

Pour the egg mixture into a shallow dish.

Skim off any bubbles from the surface using a spoon.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and poke small holes with a toothpick.

Heat water in a pot until it reaches a rolling boil with visible steam, then place the plate inside

Steam over medium-low heat for 10 minutes until set.
